摘要

目的:综述中医药治疗血管性痴呆的研究近况。方法:通过广泛检索近几年的文献

对文献中所记载的治疗血管性痴呆的中医药临床研究

进行归纳

整理和分析。结果:中医药通过辨证论治及中药复方治疗血管性痴呆

在改善智力水平和社会适应能力等方面有良好的治疗效果

但也存在不足之处。结论:中医药治疗血管性痴呆有其优势

且随着研究的深入

会得到更多广泛的共识。

Abstract

Objective:To summarize the recent research state on therapy of vascular dementia by traditional chinese medicine.Methods:Literature about clinical treatment research on vascular dementia by traditional chinese medicine in recent years was reviewed.Results:Based on differentiation of symptom-complex and using some prescriptions of traditional chinese medicine

traditional chinese medicine had good therapeutic effects in the aspects of improving the intellectual level and social adaptation ability for the patients with vascular dementia.Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine has its advantage in the treatment on vascular dementia.
