摘要

目的:对治疗失眠中药小复方安眠颗粒的处方结构进行优化研究

为其临床前研究提供疗效可靠的优化处方

探索中药小复方定量优化方法。方法:运用均匀设计改良法

以特异的药效学指标为评价指标

进行处方最佳配伍和最佳剂量配比的研究。结果:以均匀设计法得出了安眠颗粒最佳配伍及最佳剂量配比的理论值

并经验证确认

剂量配比6组和理论1组药效最佳

因理论1组药味少

故推荐其用于新药开发研究。结论:该实验研究将拆方分析与最佳剂量配比研究结合起来

运用于处方优化具有切实可行性。

Abstract

Objective:By investigating the optimistic configuration of the Anmian Granule to find the optimive prescription for clinic prophase research

and discuss the most effective method of optimise complex prescription of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:By Using homogeneous-improvement method to evaluate the guideline of pharmacodynamics. And discuss best compatibility and the best dose of the prescription. Results:Dose match group 6 and theoretics group 1 have the best pharmacodynamic action. theoretics group 1 is recommended to explore new medicine because it has more simple configuration. Conclusion:It is fensible to use this method to optimise prescription

because it combines the method of reduce the complex prescription and the method of best dose match.
