The Experimental Study on Pharmacodynamics of Yiqi Zhuyu Granule
Objective:To verify the main pharmacological action of Yiqi Zhuyu granule. Methods:The acute syndrome of blood stasis models of rat were set up by injecting Adr and swimming in ice water in order to observe the hemorheology of rat. The acute myocardial ischemia models of rat were set up by injecting hypophysin. The electrocardiogram was recorded
CK and LDH-L was determined. Using ADP as inductor to measure the degree of platelet aggregation. Results: Yiqi Zhuyu granule could alleviate the damages caused by acute syndrome of blood stasis and acute myocardial ischemia
and it could cut down whole blood viscosity
but there was no significant influence about plasma viscosity. It could cut down the activity of LDH-L
and it could obviously hold back platelet aggregation of rat caused by ADP inductor. Conclusions: Yiqi Zhuyu granule could improve the changes of acute syndrome of blood stasis and alleviate the damages caused by acute myocardial ischemia
and it also could obviously hold back platelet aggregation. All these results prove that it could promoting blood flow.
