目的:分析四川产红毛五加药材中不同采收期茎皮及叶中绿原酸含量的差异。方法:测定四川产红毛五加茎皮药材及叶中不同采收期绿原酸的含量。色谱条件:KromasilC18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

柱温30℃。流动相乙腈-2‰磷酸水溶液(10∶90)
检测波长327 nm

Abstract
Objective:To determine the chlorogenic acid in stem bark and leaf of Acanthopanacis giraldii from different collection time. Methods: Chromatography parameter: kromasil C

(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm);column temperature:30 ℃;the mobile phase: acetonitrile-(2 ‰) and phosphoric acid water(10∶90) aqueous solution;detection wavelength: 327 nm;flow rate:1 mL·min
-1
.Results: The method showed good linearity within the concentration ranges of 0.355~3.55 μg(r=(0.999 5)).The average recovery was 100.1%.The contents in the anthesis(from June to July)were lower
and the contents in the fructescence(from August to September) were higher and the content in leaf was higher than that in the bark.Conclusion: This method is simple
accurate
roducible and suitable for the determination of chlorogenic acid in stem bark and leaf of Acanthopanacis giraldii.Giving the consideration of chlorogenic acid
we suggested that the leaf of Acanthopanacis giraldii Harms can be used a new recourse of chlorogenic acid and the best collection time of Cortex Acanthopanacis giraldii were in the frutescence(August~Desember).
