摘要

目的:研究清脑宣窍滴丸对急性脑缺血/灌注损伤引起的一氧化氮（NO）含量和一氧化氮合酶（NOS）活力的改变及机制。方法:采用线栓法致大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注（MCAO）模型

测定大鼠手术侧脑匀浆中NO含量及结构型一氧化氮合酶（cNOS）、诱导型一氧化氮合酶（iNOS）、总NOS活力。结果:清脑宣窍滴丸45

180 mg.kg-1可明显降低MCAO大鼠患侧脑匀浆中NO含量

180 mg.kg-1可明显降低术侧大脑组织升高的总NOS

cNOS和iNOS活力（P<0.05）;90 mg.kg-1也可明显降低升高的总NOS活力（P<0.01）。45 mg.kg-1明显降低升高的总NOS活力（P<0.05）。结论:清脑宣窍滴丸可能通过减少NO含量

降低iNOS的活性来防治脑缺血/再灌注损伤。

Abstract

Objective: To study the role and mechanism of Qing-nao-xuanqiao Dropping pill（QNXQD） on acute cerebral ischemic injury.Methods:The middle cerebral artery occlusion（MCAO）model induced by inserting a monofilament suture was adopted.The content of NO
