Determination of Ginsenoside Rg1、Re 、Rb1 and Notoginsenoside R1 in Lingzhi Jiangtang Capsule by HPLC
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of effective components in Lingzhi Jiangtang Capsule.Methods: The contents of ginsenoside Rg

in Lingzhi Jiangtang Capsule were determined by HPLC.Results: The resolutions of the determined peaks were fine.The linearity ranges for ginsenoside Rg

were 3.86~23.16 μg(r=0.999 9)
0.628~3.768 μg(r=0.999 9)
3.74~22.44 μg(r=0.999 9) and 0.764~4.584 μg(r=0.999 9) respectively.The average recoveries were 100.18% with RSD 1.52%
100.22% with RSD 0.41%
100.51% with RSD 0.74%
and 99.05% with RSD 1.10% for ginsenoside Rg
1
ginsenoside Re
ginsenoside Rb

respectively.Conclusion: The quantitative method for determining the ingredient of Lingzhi Jiangtang Capsule is simple
feasible and repeatable
and is beneficial to quality control of Lingzhi Jiangtang Capsule.
