严重影响了冠心病的发生发展及预后
抗抑郁治疗能改善冠心病合并抑郁患者预后。
Abstract
Coronary heart disease(CHD) is known as the psychosomatic disease at present.Psycho-society factor is strongly associated with the development
progress and prognosis of CHD
especially the factor of depression.The paper reviews pathogenesis on traditional Chinese medicine for CHD patients with depression
the mechanisms of depreesion on prognosis of CHD
and clinical intervention from the perspective of the Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The incidence of CHD complicated with depression is increasing in recent years.It influences the development
progress and prognosis of CHD.Anti-depression therapy improves the prognosis of CHD with depression.
