Objective:To study the HPLC fingerprint of General Ginsenoside in extract of Ginseng radix.Methods: HPLC with Hypersil-C

and the column temperature was 35 ℃.Results:10 peaks were obsened on the HPLC fingerprint of General Ginsenoside in extract of Ginseng radix.Conclusion:The method can be used for the quality control of General Ginsenoside in the extract of Ginseng radix.
