摘要

目的:研究牡丹皮炭及其止血活性部位对大鼠血小板聚集性及血栓素B2（TXB2）、6-酮-前列腺素F1α（6-keto-PGF1α）的影响。方法:以SD大鼠为研究对象

观察牡丹皮炭及其止血活性部位对ADP和胶原诱导的血小板聚集率及TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α的含量的影响。结果:牡丹皮炭及其鞣质部位均能提高ADP和胶原诱导的血小板聚集率

提高TXB2而下调6-keto-PGF1α的含量。结论:牡丹皮炭及其鞣质活性部位以及乙酸乙酯部位可能是通过调节TXB2

6-keto-PGF1α含量来增强血小板的聚集功能

发挥止血、凝血作用。

Objective:To study the effects of carbonized cortex moutan on platelet aggregation and TXB

in rats.Methods:SD rats were used for the research.The effects of carbonized cortex moutan and the main hemostasia active fractions of carbonized cortex moutan on platelet aggregation induced by ADP and collagen

and 6-keto-PGF

in rats were obserred.Results:Carbonized cortex moutan and the main hemostasia active fractions of carbonized cortex moutan increased platelet aggregation induced by ADP and collagen

then increased the level of TXB

and decreased the level of 6-keto-PGF

1α

.Conclusion:The main hemostasia mechanism of carbonized cortex moutan and the main hemostasia active fractions of carbonized cortex moutan is to increase platelet aggregation by affecting the level of TXB

and 6-keto-PGF

1α
