摘要

目的:观察自拟扶正祛邪中药配方治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将184例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组94例和对照组90例。治疗组应用自拟扶正祛邪中药配方治疗

对照组应用颈痛灵胶囊治疗

治疗15 d后观察比较疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为68.09%

对照组的总有效率为53.33%

两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论:自拟扶正祛邪中药配方治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著

值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective:To observe and the efficacy of self-designed formula of Traditional Chinese Medicine for helping sustain health and dispeling disease to treat the nerve root cervical spondylosis.Method: Total 184 patients were randomly assigned two groups.Ninety-four cases were in the treatment group and 90 cases in the control group.The treatment group were applyed the formula for helping sustain health and dispeling disease

and the control group were applyed Nect Pain Capsules.Then we observed and compared the efficacy between them after 15 days.Result: The efficient rate in the treatment group was 68.09% and that in the control group was 53.33%.There were significant difference between them（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:The efficacy of formula for helping sustain health and dispeling disease to treat the Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis was significant.It is worth promoting and applying clinicaly.
