摘要

五运六气理论提出对时令性疫病的独特认识并积累一定临证经验

其治疫的遣方用药原则是因时随病、按症施治、灵活化裁。可按不同年份的五运、六气特点制定系列方剂

按四时非时之气或时气自病而遣方。或按五运、六气特点调配相应的治疫成药

如按不同年份岁运而确定君药

依四时之气化裁疫病通治方等。深入探讨五运六气防治疫病的指导原则与遣方规律是提高中医疫病防治能力的有力保障之一。

Abstract

YunQi theory proposed unique understanding to the nature of seasonal epidemics and accumulated clinical experience a lot.Its Compatibility of Prescription principle demanded the treatment to epidemics should be Flexibly decided according to the season

disease and symptoms etc.The series prescriptions could be chosen according to 5 Yun and 6 Qi characteristics in different years

or according to No-seasonal Qi

or seasonal diseases.Patent Chinese medicines for epidemics also follow the above principle

such as the King Drug was determined according to YunQi in different years.It is important to have a in-depth study of compatibility of prescription principle for epidemics guided by YunQi theory for the improvement of TCM in prevention and control seasonal epidemics.
