摘要

目的:建立中药复方祝艾康胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250mm

5μm）

乙腈-水（33∶67）为流动相

流速1.0 mL.min-1

柱温35℃

漂移管温度105℃

空气流速2.7 L.min-1。结果:黄芪甲苷在1.515～7.575μg具良好的线性关系（r=0.999 96）

平均回收率98.83

RSD 1.8%。结论:该法准确、可靠、重复性好

可用于控制祝艾康胶囊的质量。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method of determining the content of astragaloside IV in Zhuaikang Capsule.Method: The separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18（250 mm × 4.6 mm

5 μm） column with acetonitrile-water（33∶ 67） as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1.Temperature of drift tube was set at 105 ℃.The gas flow rate was at 2.7 L.min-1.Result:Astragaloside IV was linear in the range of 1.515 ～ 7.575 μg（r = 0.999 96）.The average recovery rate of astragaloside IV was 98.83%

RSD 1.8%.Conclusion: This method is sensitive

accurate

and simple with little interference for the determination of astragaloside IV content.The method can be used for controlling the quality of Zhuaikang Capsule.
