摘要

目的:观察连芪消渴胶囊对2型糖尿病大鼠的治疗作用。方法:高糖高脂饲料喂养4周后

ip 30 mg.kg-1链脲佐菌素制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型

分组并给药治疗8周

取血检测空腹血糖、胰岛素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛

计算胰岛素敏感指数及光镜下观察胰腺病理组织学变化。结果:模型组与正常对照组比较:血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、丙二醛水平明显升高（P<0.05

P<0.01）

胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数、超氧化物歧化酶明显降低（P<0.05）

胰岛细胞损伤明显;连芪消渴胶囊治疗组与模型组比较:血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、丙二醛水平明显降低（P<0.05

P<0.01）

胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数、超氧化物歧化酶明显升高（P<0.05）

胰岛细胞损伤减轻。结论:连芪消渴胶囊具有降低大鼠空腹血糖和血脂的作用

其机理可能与提高胰岛素敏感性、修复损伤的胰岛细胞和改善体内氧化应激水平有关。

Abstract

Objective:To research the effect of Lianqi Xiaoke Capsule on type 2 diabetic rats.Method: Type 2 diabetic rat model wase induced with high sucrose-fat diet for 4 weeks and streptozotocin ip for 30 mg.kg-1

all animals were grouped and administrated with drugs for 8 weeks.The fasting blood glucose

total cholesterol

triglyceride

superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde were assessed and pancreatic pathological changes were observed.Result: ① model group vs normal control group: the fasting blood glucose

total cholesterol

triglyceride

malondialdehyde were obviously increased（P < 0.05

superoxide dismutase decreased（P < 0.05）

pancreatic damage were appeared;② Lianqi Xiaoke Capsule treatment groups vs.model group: the fasting blood glucose

superoxide dismutase increased（P < 0.05）

pancreatic damage were ameliorated.Conclusion: Lianqi Xiaoke Capsule could decrease fasting blood glucose and blood lipids via ameliorating pancreatic damage and insulin resistance

and inhibition of oxidative stress.
