摘要

目的:建立高效液相色谱法同步测定丽安康片中阿魏酸和淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法:采用Phenomenex Luna C18柱（4.6mm×250mm

5μm）

以乙腈-0.1%醋酸溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱

检测波长为316nm

流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果:阿魏酸在0.0528～0.1848μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）

平均加样回收率为99.8%～101.1%（n=6）;淫羊藿苷在5.68～19.88μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）

平均加样回收率为99.9%～101.5%（n=6）。结论:所建立的方法准确、快速、灵敏、重复性好

可用于丽安康片质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of ferulic acid and icariin in the Li’ankang Tablets by HPLC. Method: The separation was preformed on a Phenomenex Luna C18 column with acetonitrile-0. 1 % acetic acid on 316 nm at 1. 0 mL·min -1. Result: The good linear correlation of ferulic acid was observed from 0. 052 8 μg to 0. 184 8 μg（r = 0. 999 9） and that of icariin was observed from 5. 68 μg to 19. 88 μg （r = 0. 999 9）. The average recoveries of ferulic acid and icariin were 99. 8% to 101. 1% and 99. 9% to 101. 5% respectively. Conclusion: The established method can be used as a quality controlling method for Li’ankang Tablet.
