Effects of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Compound Danshen Decoction on the Marrow-suppressed Mice
Aim:To study the protective therapeutic actions and mechanism of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction
Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Compound Danshen Decoction on the marrow-suppressed mice. Method: The expression of thrombopoietin ( TPO ) mRNA
thrombopoietin receptor ( c-Mpl) mRNA and GATA-1 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR technique. Result: Liuwei Dihuang Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction were shown to promote the expression of TPO mRNA
c-Mpl mRNA and GATA-1 mRNA in spleen of mice. The result indicates the decoctions could accelerate the marrow cells of the marrow-suppressed mice. Although Compound Danshen Decoction did not show significant promotion for the expression of TPO mRNA
c-Mpl mRNA and GATA-1 mRNA in spleen of mice
but it also could accelerate peripheral blood cells of the marrow-suppressed mice. Conclusion: Peripheral blood cells of marrow-suppressed mice were increased significantly by Liuwei Dihuang Decoction
Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Compound Danshen Decoction.
