摘要

目的:对茜草药材中是否含有有毒成分lucidin及其苷lucidin-3-O-primeveroside（EKU-4）进行初步研究。方法:分别采用RP-HPLC

HPLC-DAD

LC-MS对6份不同来源茜草药材进行了定性检测。结果:各个药材中均能检测到EKU-4信号;②

⑤

⑥号药材中检测到Lucidin信号。结论:茜草中含有遗传毒性成分EKU-4。

Abstract

Objective:To study on whether Rubia cordifolia L.contains toxic compositions of lucidin and lucidin-3-O-primeveroside（EUK-4）.Method:RP-HPLC

HPLC-DAD

LC-MS were used to evaluate R.cordifolia from 6 different regions.Result:The same signal with EUK-4 was detected for all the herbal samples

and in the sample of ②⑤⑥ the same signal with lucidin was fourd.Conclusion:R.cordifolia contains the genotoxicity composition of lucidin :lucidin-3-O-primeveroside（EUK-4）.
