目的:确定超声循环法提取老鹳草中鞣质的工艺条件。方法:采用干酪素法测定鞣质含量
考察提取溶剂、提取时间、超声功率等因素对鞣质提取率的影响
优选工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为老鹳草粗粉以12倍量40%乙醇超声提取1 h
间隔超声比0.6∶0.5 s
超声功率500 W。结论:优化后的提取工艺简单、稳定、提取率高。
Abstract
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of tannins from Geranium wilfordii under the condition of ultrasonic and circulation.Method: The casein method was used to determine the content of tannins.Dissolvent

ultrasonic power and other factors were chosen to analyze their effects on the extraction efficiency and then to define the best extraction method.Result: The optimal parameters were obtained as follows: 12 times of 40% alcohol was added to extract 1 hour;the interval time of the extraction time was 0.6∶ 0.5 s;the ultrasound power was 500 W.Conclusion: The ultrasonic and circulated extraction was an effective extraction process that less solvent and shorter extraction time were needed.
