Effects of Respective and Mixed Extraction on Active Ingredient Content in Furong Ointment
Objective: Research the effects of respective and mixed extraction on active ingredient content in Furong Ointment.Method: Berberine hydrochloride
baicalin and hydroxy anthraquinone derivatives of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei were determined by HPLC.Result: By mixed extraction
the effect on baicalin was little
and the contents of berberine hydrochloride and hydroxy anthraquinone derivatives of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei were reduced 23.96% and 20.16% respectively. Conclusion: Herbs in Furong Ointment should be extracted by alcohol respectively.
