摘要

目的:应用统计分析方法探讨当归与黄芪不同配伍比例的方剂与疾病科属的关系。方法:从中医方剂数据库（源于《中医方剂大辞典》）中检索出含有当归、黄芪的2632首方剂

建立数据库

对其配伍比例、主治疾病以及疾病所属科属进行统计分析。结果:在含有当归、黄芪的2632首方剂中

两者以1∶1配比的方剂出现的频次最多

占总数的49.43%;所治疾病科属以内科和妇科的方剂出现频率最多

分别为47.83%和23.18%。结论:运用数据分析方法

能有效发现中医临床遣方用药过程中药对的应用特点与规律

为临床用药提供理论依据与参考。

Abstract

Objective: Using the method of statistical analysis to explore the relationship between the Traditional Chinese Medicine formulae of different proportions and the treatment for diseases.Method:We retrieved database containing 2 632 formulae of Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Astragali from the "Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulae"

then built the database to analyze the relationship among the ratio

the corresponding major disease and the disease category.Result:The ratio"1∶ 1"appears to be the most（49.43%） in the 2 632 formulae containing Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Astragali;which were most-frequently used for the treatment of the diseases in internal medicine（47.83%） and gynecology（23.18%）.Conclusion: Using the method of the statistical frequency analysis

we can find the applied pattern of the TCM formulae and provide a theoretical basis for using herbs effectively in clinic.
