摘要

目的:分析构成糖灵脂的复齿鼯鼠的尿液和粪便的正己烷提取物的成分组成。方法:分别收集同一组鼯鼠单一侧柏叶饲料喂养条件下的尿液和粪便

用正己烷提取

进行GC-MS分析。结果:粪便和尿液成分有非常大的不同

尿液中含有更多小分子的代谢产物和侧柏叶中成分。结论:中医传统用药对糖灵脂和灵脂米的认识是有一定的科学道理。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the components of urine and feces from Trogopterus.Method:To collect the same group Trogopterus urine and feces feed by Cacumen platycladi.Extract by N-hexane and Analysis by GC-MS.Result:The components of urine and feces Trogopterus

were very different more small molecular supersession components and Cacumen Platycladi ingredients exit in the urine.Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine experience of using this material is proper and scientific.
