摘要

目的:比较不同采收期大花罗布麻叶中总黄酮的含量并评价出最佳采收期。方法:采用超声法提取大花罗布麻叶中的总黄酮

紫外-可见分光光度法于508 nm下测定。结果:芦丁在22.78～113.88 mg.L-1内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 8）

平均加样回收率为98.87%

RSD为1.03%（n=9）;大花罗布麻叶不同采收期的测定结果为:4～5月份相对较低

6～9月份稳步增长

10月份相对9月份有所降低。结论:本方法简便、准确

重现性好

可用于评价大花罗布麻叶的最佳采收期

为该药材合理开发利用提供科学依据。

Abstract

Objective: Comparing the content of flavonoid in different harvesting periods and to evaluate the optimal harvest time.Method:Extraction of flavonoid with ultrasonic.The content of flavonoid was compared by UV at wavelength of 508 nm.Result:Rutin was linear in the range of 22.78-113.88 mg.L-1（r = 0.999 8） with average recovery of 98.87% and RSD of 1.03%（n = 9）.The measurement results of Poacyzuan hendersonii leaves in different harvesting time:relative low in April and May

unfaltering rose in June to September

little lower in October than in September.Conclusion:The method was simple

accurate

reproducible

it can be used to evaluate the best harvest time of P.hendersonii

and provide a scientific basis for rational development and utilization.
