摘要

目的:对麻夷鼻炎喷雾剂中挥发性成分进行研究

为该制剂质量标准的制订提供依据。方法:利用GC-MS对挥发性成分进行分离

对分离的各个成分进行结构检索

应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分相对百分含量。结果:共分离出34个成分

鉴定出27个成分

占挥发性成分总量的95.5%。结论:挥发性成分中主要成分为桉油精（19.85%）、龙脑（16.32%）、樟脑（12.54%）、异龙脑（8.4%）、甲基丁香酚（6.08%）、香桧烯（4.19%）。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the volatile constituents in Mayi Rhinitis Spray and provide some useful information for the quality.Method: The volatile components of Mayi Rhinitis Spray were separated by GC-MS and identified by comparing the structural information given by the MS database.Area normalization method was used to calculate the relative content of each compound of the volatile components.Result: Thirty four compounds were separated

27 compounds were identified

accounting to 95.5% of the total essential components.Conclusion: The principle constituents of the volatile components were eucalyptol（19.85%）

borneol（16.32%）

camphor（12.54%）

isoborneol（8.4%）

methyl eugenol（6.08%）

sabenene（4.19%）.
