Volatile Components Analysis in Mayi Rhinitis Spray by GC-MS
Objective:To investigate the volatile constituents in Mayi Rhinitis Spray and provide some useful information for the quality.Method: The volatile components of Mayi Rhinitis Spray were separated by GC-MS and identified by comparing the structural information given by the MS database.Area normalization method was used to calculate the relative content of each compound of the volatile components.Result: Thirty four compounds were separated
27 compounds were identified
accounting to 95.5% of the total essential components.Conclusion: The principle constituents of the volatile components were eucalyptol(19.85%)
