摘要

目的:比较4种中成药的现行标准中的不同提取方法对测定中成药中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的影响。方法:样品分别以石油醚、甲醇为溶剂

采用超声提取或索氏提取方法;采用HPLC法测定

色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm

5μm）

流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸（60∶38∶2）

检测波长为294 nm。结果:在回收率方面甲醇超声提取法高于甲醇索氏提取法

甲醇索氏提取法高于石油醚索氏提取法及超声提取法;样品中和厚朴酚/厚朴酚比值为0.304～2.669。结论:甲醇超声法为测定最优提取方法;和厚朴酚/厚朴酚比值不同的原因是药材基源不同。

Abstract

Objective:To compare the influences of four kinds of extraction methods in current standard of proprietary Chinese medicines on the determination of magnolol and honokiol content.Method: The samples were extracted by petroleum ether and methanol using ultrasonic extraction or Soxhlet extraction;determination was performed by HPLC.The column was Kromasil C18（4.6 mm × 250 mm

water-acetonitrile-acetic acid（60∶38∶2） was used as mobile phase;UV detection was at 294 nm.Result:The content of magnolol and honokiol with ultrasonic extraction by methanol was higher than Soxhlet extraction by methanol

and the Soxhlet extraction by methanol was higher than Soxhlet extraction by petroleum ether and ultrasonic extraction in the recovery aspects.he ratio of honokiol to magnolol in samples was 0.304-2.669.Conclusion:The ultrasonic extraction by methanol for the determination was the optimal extraction methods.The different ratio of honokiol to magnolol was due to the different ingredients from different source.
