进行分析比较。结果:野生与栽培的草珊瑚中K

Fe
Mg含量较高
Zn
Cu含量较低
栽培品K>Ca>Fe>Mg>Zn>Cu
野生品Ca>K>Fe>Mg>Zn>Cu;平均回收率在93.8%~102.5%
RSD在0.32%~2.68%。结论:该方法灵敏度高
操作简便快速
结果令人满意。

Objective: Comparative study on the mineral elements from wild and cultivated Sarcandra glabra.Method: Six mineral elements

in S.glabra were determined by microware FAAS.Result:Standard curve method was used for the determination.The experiments indicated that the content of mineral elements for human requirement(K

Mg) is rich
the content of Zn and Cu is low
for both origins of the herb.For cultivated herb
the order appears to be K>Ca>Fe>Mg>Zn>Cu;for the wild herb
the order is Ca>K>Fe>Mg>Zn>Cu.The method is highly sensitive
convenient and speedy.The recovery(n=6) is 93.8~102.5% and the RSDs(n=6) are lower than 5%.Conclusion: The methods are practicable with a good reproducibility
