Effects of Fuzheng Huayu Decoction on Marrow Cells Migrating into Liver in Bone Marrow Transplanted Mice Fibrosis Liver
Objective: The discussion straightened up the effects of the Fuzheng Huayu(FZHY) decoction on the marrow cells migrating into liver in mice fibrosis liver.Method: Based on the model of the transposition bone marrow between female and male BABL /C mice
we duplicated the CCl4 liver fibrosis mice model
and then the mice in FZHY group were administered with FZHY decoction ig for 4 weeks.Did PCR
liver function and pathology examination to view the model.
marked the Y through the FISH to observe the number of the cells from the male mice bone marrow in female mice livers
tested the chemokine SDF-1 relative expression in female mice livers by Western blot.Result: The damage of mice liver relieved obviously in FZHY decoction group compared the model group.The observation of Y chromosome dyed indicated
the number of the cells from the male mice bone marrow reduced in the FZHY decoction group compared the model group liver(P < 0.05).The chemokine SDF-1 relative expression reduced in the FZHY decoction group compared the model group liver(P < 0.01).Conclusion: When the liver is damaged
the FZHY decoction may be able to depress the chemokine SDF-1 expression to prevent the marrow cells to migrate into the liver
and thus in certain degree controls the marrow cell promoting the liver fibrosis.
