Studies on Analgesic Mechanism Based on Opioid Receptor for Cinobufagin Injection
Objective:To investigate the analgesic mechanism of cinobufagin injection based on opioid receptor.Method: Hind paw withdrawal latency of female Kunming mice was induced by radiant heat and mechanical stimuli. Moreover
the paw withdrawal latency(PWL) was measured to serve as indicator of pain threshold. Then
influence of naloxone methiodide
the peripheral opioid receptor antagonist
on PWL increase induced by cinobufagin injection in mice was investigated.Result:The analgesic effect and PWL increase induced by of cinobufagin injection could be completely blocked by naloxone methiodide. Conclusion: The peripheral opioid receptor may play a main role in the analgesic effect of cinobufagin injection.
