Influence of Suoquan Wan on mRNA and Protein Expression of Collage Ⅰ /Ⅲ in Detrusor in Aging Rat Model Induced by D-galactose
Objective: To explore the mechanism of reducing urine by effect of Suoquan Wan(SQW) on the mRNA and protein expressions of collage Ⅰ/Ⅲ.Method: Aging SD rat model was established by subcutaneous injection of D-galaclose for 8 weeks.Treatment of SQW was carried out from the 3rd week of model establishing and lasted for 8 weeks.The mRNA and protein expressions of collage Ⅰ/Ⅲ in detrusor were investigated with RT-PCR and IHC technologies for all the groups.Result: Compared with control group
SQW could remarkably cndecrease the expressions of mRNA and protein of model rats collage Ⅰ/Ⅲ(P<0.01).Conclusion: SQW may reduce urine by increasing the expressions of mRNA and protein of collage Ⅰ/Ⅲ
