摘要

目的:考察丹酚酸B的肠吸收特性。方法:采用离体外翻肠囊法考察丹参水溶性提取物丹酚酸B在不同肠段的肠吸收特性

采用HPLC-UVD测定样品浓度

计算肠吸收速率常数（Ka）。结果:随着药液中丹酚酸B浓度上升

肠吸收速率常数呈线性增加;各个肠段的吸收速率均无显著性差异。结论:丹酚酸B在小肠内不存在特殊的"吸收窗"

在小肠中为被动扩散吸收。

Abstract

Objective: To study the intestine absorption of salvianolic acid B.Method: The isolated everted intestine model was used to study the absorption in different regions of rat intestine（duodenum

jejunum

ileum and colon）.The sample was determined with HPLC in combination with ultraviolet detector.Result: The intestine absorption rate constant increased along with the increase in concentration of salvianolic acid B.The absorption rate had no significant difference between different regions of the intestine.Conclusion: The absorption of salvianolic acid B by intestine appears to be a passive diffusion process and it does not contain a special absorption window..
