Optimization of Extraction Techniques for Geli Weiyanxiao by Orthogonal Experiment
Objective:To optimize the extraction techniques of Geli Weiyanxiao.Method:The selection of optimum proess was investigated by L9(34) orthogonal design with the Geli Weiyanxiao as the observation index.Result:Water extraction process: to smash the best size for coarse particles
plus 10 times the volume of water
from 1 hour
3 times.Ethanol extraction process: to smash the best size for 10 mesh number
adding10-fold 70% ethanol
eatracting for 2 times
2 hours for each extraction;In consideration of cost-saving and the results of various indexes
the optimal process condition was selected as follows: the best size for coarse particles
plus 10 times the volume of water
from 1 hour
3 times.Conclusion:The optimal extraction technique for Geli Weiyanxiao is stable and reliable.
