Determination of Multiple Active Components in Complex Prescription of Salvia miltiorrhiza by RP-HPLC
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of nine active components in complex prescription of salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge by wavelength switching.Method:This HPLC assay was performed on a reversed-phase C18 column with gradient elution of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution
the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1
detecting wavelength was at 281
203 and 270 nm
and column temperature was 30 ℃.Result: Nine components were linear(r > 0.999 0) in the range of the test concentration
and the recoveries of the method were between 94.87%-104.31%
respectively.Conclusion: This method is suitable for the quality control of this commonly used complex prescription.
