Objective:To optimize the molding technology of Xiaoer Baibu Zhike granule.Method: Investigated the affect of different excipients on the formability
hygroscopicity and critical relative humidity.Grading methods of synthesizing multiple guidelines were applied to optimizing excipients and composition of prescription for Xiaoer Baibu Zhike granule
selecting the dosage of stevioside
measuring the critical relative humidity.Result: The optimum composition of prescription consisted of 4 portions of extract powder
3 portions of lactose and 3 portions of soluble starch
the dosage of stevioside was 0.8%
the critical relative humidity was 56%.Conclusion: The molding technology was reasonable:good formability
high solubility and not liable to moisture absorption.
