为虎杖的质量控制提供依据。方法:色谱柱为DIKMA C18(4.6mm×200 mm
5μm)
流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液线性梯度洗脱
流速为1.0 mL.min-1
柱温为30℃
检测波长为303nm。结果:测定13批虎杖药材有13个共有峰
各共有峰面积之和大于总峰面积的90%
13批虎杖药材相似度评价结果均大于0.9。结论:建立的虎杖药材HPLC指纹图谱
可较全面的反映虎杖药材中化学成分的信息
为虎杖药材的质量控制提供了科学实验依据。
Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for studing HPLC chromatographic fingerprint of Polygonum cuspidate
and to control the quality of P.cuspidate.Method:The DIKMA-C18(4.6 mm × 200 mm
5 μm) column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid of water solution with gradient elution of linear
and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1.The column temperature was 30 ℃
and the detection wavelength was set at 303 nm.Result: Thirteen batches samples of P.cuspidate were analyzed and the chromatographic fingerprint was constructed with 13 common fingerprint peaks
whose area is larger than 90% of the total peak area.The similarity evaluation of 13 batches samples of P.cuspidate was more than 0.9.Conclution: The HPLC chromatographic fingerprint of P.cuspidate can express the chemical information completely and provide a scientific basis for controlling the quality of P.cuspidate.
