摘要

目的:探讨甘草甜素（GL）对HepG2.2.15细胞CCL20表达及细胞存活率的影响。方法:定量RT-PCR检测CCL20的表达

MTT检测细胞的增殖活性

计算细胞存活率

并与空白对照组比较。结果:给药后各组CCL20水平随着剂量的增加而表现为逐渐降低的趋势

与空白对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）;MTT实验显示200 mg·L-1以下3个剂量组均可促进细胞增殖（P<0.01）;400

800 mg·L-12组均显著抑制细胞增殖（P<0.01）。结论:GL呈剂量依赖抑制CCL20的表达

从而可能抑制HBV引起的免疫炎症反应

但800 mg·L-1组的低表达也可能与细胞的死亡有关。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the affection of glycyrrhizin（GL） on the expression of CCL20 mRNA level in HepG2.2.15 cell line.Method: CCL20 mRNA level was examined by quantitative RT-PCR

cell proliferation was examined by MTT before and after treated with GL

and compared with the control group.Result: The expression of CCL20 was downregulated in GL-treated HepG2.2.15 cells（P < 0.01）.GL in three groups under 200 mg·L-1could promote cell proliferation;400 mg·L-1 and 800 mg·L-1of GL inhibited the growth of cells（P < 0.01）.Conclusion: GL inhibited the expression of CCL20 in dose-dependent manner in HepG2.2.15 cells

and inhibited or promoted cell proliferation.
