Abstract
The Gram-negative opportunistic human pathogen Pseudomonas aeruginosa exists wide and also causes serious infections in hospitals.Two-component regulatory systems are designated to sense diverse stimuli and enact an appropriate and rapid adaptive physiological response
which are also involved in the mechanisms of antibiotic resistance.The major two-component regulatory systems include PhoP-PhoQ

LadS.Here we summarize the papers about these systems and provide insight into the mechanisms of antibiotic resistance in P.aeruginosa and novel therapeutic targets to conquer antibiotic resistance.
