Objective:To optimize the ethanol precipitating technique of Kuanxin oral liquor.Method:The orthogonal design was used to investigate the impact of relative density
concentration and depositing time on ethanol precipitation
with the yield of dry extractum and the content of danshensu as the effective component in Salvia miltiorrhiza.Result:The best ethanol precipitated technique was the relative density of the Liquor to be condensed to 1.10
adding 95% ethanol to 70% of ethanol concentration and depositing 12 hours.Conclusion:The optimizing ethanol precipitated technique was simple and practicable
