摘要

目的:通过分析测定不同厂家聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯（吐温80）的亲水-亲油平衡（HLB）值

初步评价吐温80的质量。方法:采用水数法

通过多项式方程的拟合对3种溶剂系统进行选择

确定最佳的溶剂系统测定HLB值。结果:不同厂家吐温80的HLB值与文献值有差异。结论:水数法测定吐温80的HLB值简便、易行

可用HLB值对吐温80进行初步筛选。

Abstract

Objective:HLB values of Tween 80 from different manufacturers were determined to evaluate the quality.Method:The best solvent for determination of HLB values was determined by water counting methods.Result:HLB values of Tween 80 from different factories were different from those in literature.Conclusion:Water counting method for HLB values was fit for determination of Tween 80.
