Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography heat pain shamisen soup powder Aesculetin content approach.Method:Uses the highly effective liquid phase chromatography to determine Esculetin the element the content.Result:Aesculetin in the range of 0.168-2.94 μg good linear relationship(r=0.999 5
n=5).The average recovery was 98.04%
RSD 0.74%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple
accurate and reproducible.Can be used to heat pain shamisen soup powder Aesculetin content.
