Optimization of Extraction Process for Homoisoflavones from Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati with Orthogonal Design
Objective:To optimize the extraction process for the homoisoflavones from Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati.Method:The optimum extraction condition was selected by orthogonal design
including ethanol solution concentration
solvent to material ratio
and extraction time.The content of three homoisoflavones was determined by HPLC.Result:The optimum extraction process was as follows: extracting twice with 12 times amount of 80% aqueous ethanol for 1 h.Conclusion:The study will provide theoretic basis for the industrialization of homoisoflavones from Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati.
