摘要

目的:建立抗流感滴丸中新莪术二酮的含量测定方法。方法:气相色谱法

采用ZB-WAX毛细管柱（30 m×0.25mm×0.25μm）

固定为聚乙二醇

涂布浓度为100%;柱温采用程序升温;进样口温度280℃;检测器温度280℃。结果:新莪术二酮线性范围为0.605～3.025μg（r=0.999 1）

平均回收率为99.7%

RSD 1.67%（n=9）。结论:所建立的方法灵敏、可靠

可用于抗流感滴丸中新莪术二酮的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective:A GC method for the quantitative determination of neocurdione in anti-influenza dropping pills was established.Method:The column was ZB-WAX（100% PEG-20M

0.25 μm×0.25mm×30 m）.Temperature programming was used with injector temperature and FID temperature at 280 ℃.Result: Neocurdione was linear in the range of 0.605-3.025 μg（r=0.999 1）.The average recovery was 99.7%（RSD 1.67%

n=9）.Conclusion:The methed was sensitive and reliable

and can be used to determine the content of neocurdione in anti-influenza dropping pills.
