Objective: To prepare and establish the quality standard for Pujin gel.Method: To use carbormer as pharmaceutical acids for Pujin gel.Taraxaci herba was identified by TLC;Borneol sublimate was identified by vanillin sulfuric acid.Chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC.Result:Chlorogenic acid had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.2 ~ 12 μg
(r = 0.999 6
n = 5);the average recovery was 99.6%(RSD 1.38%
n = 6).Conclusion:The preparation process of Pujin gel is simple.Its method of quality control is rapid and accurate.
