摘要

目的:考察不同来源黄芪皂苷提取物对体外脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响。方法:MTT法分别检测3批黄芪皂苷提取物对正常脾淋巴细胞、ConA诱导脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响。结果:各批样品对正常脾淋巴细胞增殖均有显著抑制作用

且高质量浓度（166 mg·L-1）抑制作用最强;各批样品对经ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞

质量浓度为16.6～166 mg·L-1时有显著抑制作用

质量浓度为1.66 mg·L-1时有明显促增殖作用。结论:不同来源黄芪皂苷提取物的免疫活性作用趋势相同

但作用强度存在差异。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the influence of astragalosides from three producers on lymphocyte proliferation.Method:The influence of astragalosides from three producers on lymphocyte proliferation was examined with normal lymphocytes and lymphocytes activated by ConA by MTT.Result: All samples remarkably restrain normal lymphocyte proliferation

possess the best effects under 166 mg·L-1

remarkably restrain the proliferation of lymphocyte activated by ConA under 16.6-166 mg·L-1

and remarkably promote the proliferation of lymphocyte under 1.66 mg·L-1.Conclusion: Astragalosides from different producers show similar tendency in immunocompetence

however

with different intensity of action.
