摘要

目的:观察苦豆子总碱（total alkaloid of Sophora alopecuroides

TASA）对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及其对小鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）和白介素-6（IL-6）的影响。方法:建立小鼠移植性S180肉瘤模型。随机分为空白对照组、荷瘤对照组、环磷酰胺（CTX）组、苦豆子总碱高、中、低剂量（分别为80

20 mg.kg-1）组。连续给药10 d

观察小鼠一般情况;10 d后取血

处死小鼠

分离瘤块

计算抑瘤率;酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测小鼠血清TNF-α

IL-6的水平。结果:TASA高剂量组肿瘤生长受到抑制（P<0.05）;TASA各剂量组TNF-α含量与荷瘤对照组相比显著升高（P<0.05）;TASA的高剂量组、中剂量组IL-6含量比荷瘤对照组显著升高（P<0.05）。结论:苦豆子总碱有抗肿瘤活性

其作用可能与提高荷瘤小鼠血清TNF-α

IL-6含量有关。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effects of total alkaloid of Sophora alopecuroides（TASA） on serum tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and interleukin-6（IL-6） expressions and therapeutic effects in S180 tumor-bearing mice.Method:The model of S180 tumor-bearing mice was established.The animals were divided into control group

20 mg·kg-1）.After administration of TASA for 10 days

the general conditions of mice were observed.The rate of inhibition of tumor was detected.The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum were measured by ELISA.Result:The contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in TASA group were higher than that in tumor-bearing control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:TASA can inhibit tumor growth in vivo by increasing the activity of TNF-α and IL-6.
