目的:观察苦豆子总碱(total alkaloid of Sophora alopecuroides
Objective:To investigate the effects of total alkaloid of Sophora alopecuroides(TASA) on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) expressions and therapeutic effects in S180 tumor-bearing mice.Method:The model of S180 tumor-bearing mice was established.The animals were divided into control group

the general conditions of mice were observed.The rate of inhibition of tumor was detected.The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum were measured by ELISA.Result:The contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in TASA group were higher than that in tumor-bearing control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:TASA can inhibit tumor growth in vivo by increasing the activity of TNF-α and IL-6.
