Anti-hypoxia Effect of Hydrolysates Come from Enzymatic Process of Meat of Reared Crocodylus siamensis
Objective:To validate the anti-hypoxia activity in mice for hydrolysates come from the enzymatic process of meat of reared Crocodylus siamensis.Method:The protein content of five kinds of hydrolysates one from enzymolysis of the meat of reared crocodylus by pepsin
trypsin
papain
neutral protease and neutral protease plus papain separately was measured. The effect of anti-hypoxia of the products was observed in mice.Result:The protein content of hydrolysate come from enzymolysis of the meat of reared crocodylus by pepsin is the most. And hydrolysate of pepsin 0.55
1.10 g·kg-1 could extend survival time(there is significant difference between treatment group and control group
P<0.05) after intragastric administration of the hydrolysates once a day for 20 days. Conclusion: Hydrolysate of pepsin has effect of anti-hypoxia.
