摘要

目的:研究活血通络膏对大鼠神经根性疼痛的影响。方法:采用大鼠神经根型颈椎病动物模型

术后外用贴敷活血通络膏0.4

0.2

0.1g·kg-1

以强生关节止痛膏为阳性对照

1次/d

连续用药15 d

观察大鼠手术后每日自主行为及对神经根炎症的反应程度

测定大鼠压足痛阈值

作颈神经根病理组织学观察。结果:活血通络膏高、中剂量可明显提高神经根炎大鼠压足痛阈值

改善神经根病变程度

促进模型动物行为学改变的恢复。结论:活血通络膏对大鼠神经根炎疼痛有明显的防治作用。

Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of Huoxue Tongluo ointment on radiculalgia of rats.Method:Rats with cervical spondylosis radiculopathy were used as the animal models.The ointment（0.4

0.2

0.1 g·kg-1） was applied to the rats continuously for 15 days after surgery.Qiangsheng Ointment was used as the positive control.The rats’ independent behavior and the degree of radiculoneuritis response were observed.The pain threshold value of the rats was measured by pressing the rats’ feet.The rats’ cervical nerve roots were observed by histopathological method.Result: The rats applied with high-and-middle-dosage of the ointment

their pain threshold value were evidently improved

and their radiculopathy severity was improved

the pattern animals’ recover of behavior changes was also encouraged.Conclusion: Huoxue Tongluo ointment has a evident effect on the prevention and cure for radiculoneuritis pain in rats.
