摘要

目的:建立HPLC测定豨莶风湿片中粉防己碱含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱

以甲醇-0.3%二乙胺（75∶25）为流动相

检测波长280nm。结果:粉防己碱在0.191 25～1.53μg线性关系良好

r=0.999 8

平均回收率为97.4%（n=5）

RSD 1.3%。结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好

可用于豨莶风湿片中粉防己碱的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective: To establish HPLC for determining the content of tetrandrine in Xixian Fengshi tablet.Method:An HPLC method was developed.The chromatographic conditions were as follow: Diamonsil C18 column and methanol-0.3% diethylamine（75∶25） as mobile phase

detection wavelength at 280 nm.Result:The recovery range of tetrandrine was 0.191 25-1.53 μg

r = 0.999 8.The average recovery rate was 97.4% and RSD was 1.3%.Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate

with good repeatability

and can be used for determination of tetrandrine in Xixian Fengshi tablet.
