摘要

目的:观察参苓胃消胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗脾胃气虚证型功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:入选108例功能性消化不良患者随机分为2组。对照组予以多潘立酮片

治疗组在对照组基础上加服参苓胃消胶囊

治疗2周。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.7%

明显优于对照组的72.2%（P<0.05）;治疗后两组患者胃排空状况改善情况

治疗组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:参苓胃消胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化效果优于单用多潘立酮。

Abstract

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of Shenling Weixiao capsule combined with domperidone on the deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi type functional dyspepsia.Method:One-hundred and eight patients were divided into two groups in random

54 cases were treated by Shenling Weixiao capsule combined with domperidone in treat group

54 cases treated by domperidone in conrtol group.Both have a course of 14 days treatment.Result:The effective rate of the treat group’s 90.7% was better than the conrtol group’s 72.2%（P<0.05）.As to the improvement of gastric emptying function

the treat group had a better result than the conrtol group（P<0.05）.Conclusion:The therapeutic method of Shenling Weixiao capsule combined with domperidone have a better clinical effect than that of domperidone only used.
