Eeffects of Xialongfang on Adhesion and Migration in SGC-7901 Gastric Carcinoma Cells
Objective:To investigate the influence of Xialongfang on adhesion
invasion and migration in SGC-7901 gastric carcinoma cells.Method:Human gastric carcinoma SGC-7901 cells were cultured in vitro
and treated with different concentration Xialongfang(0-200 mg·L-1).Cell adhesion was detected with cytoselect 48-well cell adhesion assay.Cell invasion was analyzed with Transwell invasion assay.Cell migration was detected with scratch wound healing assay.Result:50-200 mg·L-1 Xialongfang significantly inhibited the invasive capacities of SGC-7901 cells and inhibited cell adhesion at 100-200 mg·L-1.Wound healing assays showed a significant reduction in the migrated cells after treated for 24 h or 48 h at 50 mg·L-1 Xialongfang. Conclusion:Xialongfang significantly decreased the adhesion and invasive capacities of SGC-7901 cell lines and inhibited cell migration.
