目的:筛选蛋白酶酶解猪皮制备胶原的最佳工艺;方法:以胶原得率为指标
采用单因素试验及正交试验对酶解条件进行优选;结果:胃蛋白酶用量为3%
酶解液pH 2.0
底物质量浓度1:28
温度0℃
酶解时间48 h时胶原的得率最高;结论:胃蛋白酶酶解猪皮制备胶原的工艺较好。
Abstract
Objective:Screen the optimum preparation for collagen by enzyme hydrolysis.Method: Enzy-matic condition was optimized by single-factor experiments and the orthogonal design with collagen yield as the in-dex.Result: The optimum extraction condition was obtained as follows:the ratio of enzyme /substrate was 3%
