摘要

目的:探索γ-巯丙基键合硅胶（MPS）脱除清茶复方水提液中铅离子的可行性。方法:采用非均相路线合成MPS

并对其主要结构参数进行了表征。将含铅的清茶样品经水提取

水提液以9 BV.h-1通过MPS柱进行脱铅处理

采用原子吸收光谱法测定铅的含量

考察铅的脱除效果;并以提取液的含固量和HPLC指纹图谱为指标

评价水提液中化学组成的变化情况。结果:与空白硅胶（SG）比较

MPS能够较好地脱除药液中的铅

脱除率为74.6%;脱铅过程中

水提液中化学成分未发生明显变化

含固量损失率为2.6%

HPLC图谱相似度为0.976。结论:MPS可用于脱除清茶复方水提液中的铅。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the possibility of removing plumbum ion from extract of Qingcha compound using γ-mercaptopropyl-modified silica gel（MPS）.Method:MPS was synthesized by heterogenous route and characterized by DR-IR.Plumbum-polluted medicinal materials were extracted with water and the extract was passed through MPS column at a rate of 9 BV.h-1.The content of plumbum was measured by AAS.The solid content and HPLC profiles of the extract were determined to evaluate the process changes.Result:Compared with unmodified silica gel（SG）

MPS could effectively reduce the content of plumbum in the extract

with 74.6% of removal efficiency.During the removal process

there were no obvious changes of solid content（only 2.6% loss） and comparability of HPLC（similarity was 0.976）.Conclusion:MPS can be used for the removal of plumbum ion from the extract of Qingcha compound.
