目的:多指标综合评分法考察肠安I号方醇提工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计
以黄芪甲苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量为评定指标
用多指标综合评分法进行数据处理
优化提取条件。结果:肠安I号方最佳醇提工艺为8倍量70%乙醇
分3次回流提取
每次2h。结论:该提取工艺合理
有效成分提取效率高。
Abstract
Objective:The ethanol extraction technology for Changan I was investigated with multi-index comprehensive evaluation method.Method:An orthogonal test was adopted in the study.The content of astragaloside Ⅳ and berberine hydrochloride was used as evaluation index.Data processing was carried out with multi-index com-prehensive evaluation method for optimizing the extraction condition.Result:The optimized extraction technology for Changan I was as follows:eight times volume of 70% alcohol
1 volume of the Chinese herbal medicines
3 succes-sive reflux extractions for 2 h of each.Conclusion:The optimized extraction technology was rational and the extrac-tion rate of the active components was high.
